2016 Gifts in the Gallery Artist Application

Thank you for your interest in selling your work at Artistry's 2016 Gifts in the Gallery, taking place December 7 - 21! Gifts in the Gallery is a boutique-style holiday sale in the beautifully-decorated Inez Greenberg Gallery at the Bloomington Center for the Arts. Last year's sale was the most successful on record, with more than 7,500 attendees and over $50,000 in sales.

Our goal is to make participation in Gifts in the Gallery as easy as possible for artists. Artistry will set up, staff, and manage the sale; artists need not be present to sell their work. All applicatnts must pay a $15 non-refundable application fee, and, if accepted, drop off and pick up your inventory on the dates listed below. Artistry will retain a 35% commission on all items sold. Artistry is not responsible or liable for stolen, lost, or damaged merchandise.

2016 Dates and Deadlines

Entry Deadline: Friday, August 19
Acceptance Notice: Friday, September 16
Delivery of Artwork: Thursday, December 1, 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. and Friday, December 2, 9:00 a.m. - noon
Show Dates: December 7 – 21, 2016
Festive Reception: Wednesday, December 7, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Pick Up Remaining Work: Wednesday, December 21, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. or Thursday, December 22, 9:00 a.m. - noon.
