Our ticketing and registration processes use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) during the ordering process. Third-parties (centerstageticketing.com and the SunShop shopping cart) are validated and authenticated by GeoTrust. All ticket and class registration transactions are made through Authorize.net using secure SIM (Server Integration Method). All credit card information is managed securely by Authorize.net and Heartland Payment Systems; Artistry does not retain credit card information.
Patrons purchasing tickets and registering for classes are automatically added to Artistry’s database and will receive information by mail regarding our theater productions, classes, and related events. Patrons ordering online will also be added to our email list. Every email message we send has an “unsubscribe” option. If you would like to opt out of the mail or email list, please note this in the order comments section or call the customer service line at 952-563-8575. Artistry does not sell, rent, or lease its mail or email lists to third parties, but we may trade mailing lists occasionally with other Twin Cities arts organizations to develop new audiences for arts programming.
This information allows us to better understand the people who visit our site and the content they are interested in, and helps us make our site more accessible and useful. We DO NOT collect personally-identifying information unless you choose to provide it (such as when ordering tickets or registering for classes). All activity falls within the bounds of the Google Analytics Terms of Service.
