Exhibiting Artist: Chris Willcox

March 1 – April 22, 2018

In the exhibition “Home,” exhibiting artist Chris Willcox has focused on her quotidian world: portraits of family and friends, the ash tree outside her porch window, the forgotten corner of the living room where sunlight streams through a window onto a piano bench. By attending to the people, objects, and scenes that are an intimate part of her life, Willcox’s series reveals the resonance of the everyday and reminds us to pay attention to the most ordinary things and moments that surround us.

About the Artist
